- To fulfil our obligations to you/your child in relation to any childcare bookings made, and to ensure the welfare of your child
- Keeping records of contact details, marketing materials, in order to improve our services and comply with legal obligations

- Responding to email enquiries regarding potential bookings.

We only keep your/your children’s personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it/we are required to keep it under applicable law. Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected, using password-protected and encrypted systems.

DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

For the purpose of processing payments, we may share your data with credit card companies. Otherwise, we will not share any of your/your children’s data with any third parties for any purposes, unless with your prior approval. However, in certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal obligations or regulatory requirements, a court order, or a governmental authority.

- Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances, you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.

- Right to object – you have the right to object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing.
